If you are a registered user you will have two options:
1. Make New Service Request - we have your contact information, just enter the details associated with your request.
2. Review Past Service Requests - review comments and any attachments provided by City staff to your open and closed requests.
If you are not a registered user you will have only one option:
1. Make New Service Request - simply fill in your contact information, the nature of your request and submit.
