At Ageless Arts, YTT 200 course students will study a blend of integrated yoga techniques including traditional Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Kripalu, Restorative Yoga and more. This training will weave together the physical, mental, emotional, philosophical and energetic aspects of yoga while addressing a variety of topics from classical yoga:

*Learning about the 8 limbs of yoga

*Breaking down 32 asanas (postures)

*Practicing meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques)

*Experiential anatomy in relation to yoga

*Studying ancient Sanskrit (the language of yoga)

*Understanding yogic philosophy and ethics

In addition to these topics, students will also have the opportunity to practice teaching on each other as well as on their own. They’ll learn how to create a safe yoga practice, how to present themselves in the classroom, and how to conduct an inspirational yoga class. Most importantly, they’ll have the opportunity to explore and deepen their own personal experience with yoga—even if they have no intention of teaching later.

This program is made accessible to everyone over 16 years of age. No matter what the challenges you are facing in life (age, limited mobility, weight), you are welcome to attend. We believe that yoga is for everybody—and every body.
